HR Assistant - Port Huron

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an HR Assistant to work with a leading manufacturing company in Port Huron. This role focuses on providing essential administrative and human resources support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Position is temporary, 1-3 months.

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

• HR experience
• Office support experience

Desirable Requirements for HR Assistant

• Hiring experience
• Organized
• Able to work various hours

Role for HR Assistant

• Maintain and organize form bins and personnel files.
• Prepare new hire orientation packets and support recruiting efforts.
• Manage pre-employment processing, including background checks and drug screens.
• Assist with payroll audits and employee engagement events.
• Provide general office support and greet candidates.

Location : Port Huron.

Duration : 1-3 months.
