No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years. Tickets: No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets. No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience. Felonies: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file. Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years.
